SCALEUP! Kansas City is designed for established businesses that are ready to pursue significant growth and scale with intention. This intensive series of classes supports companies that have the potential to reach well beyond $1 million in revenue—or those already there who want to keep growing.
The program uses a cohort-based model that brings together business owners who are committed to growth and open to learning from both experts and peers. Over 16 structured sessions, participants focus on strengthening leadership, improving systems, refining strategy, and addressing the real challenges that come with scaling a business. The experience emphasizes practical application, honest discussion, and accountability.
SCALEUP! is a selective opportunity and requires a strong commitment. Participants must meet eligibility requirements and be able to attend all sessions to fully benefit from the program.
Program qualifications include:
At least $250,000 in revenue in the past year
At least 2 employees, with the owner working full time in or on the business
At least 2 years in business
Ability to attend all 16 sessions on Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. to Noon (approximately)
Cohort 16 begins on August 6, 2026, and concludes on November 19, 2026. Applications are due by Friday, July 17, 2026, with decisions communicated by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, July 20, 2026.
